Reprinting Policy

This Reprinting Policy explains when we will reprint or replace custom packaging orders. Because custom packaging is produced to approved proofs and specifications, reprints are handled through a verification process. This policy is intended to be consistent with applicable UAE consumer protection requirements.

Eligibility for reprinting

A reprint may be considered if:

  • Your order arrives with verified manufacturing defects that materially affect use or appearance; or
  • The delivered product materially differs from the approved proof (e.g., incorrect structure, missing print elements) based on our review.

What is not covered

  • Customer-approved proof errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, wrong barcode/QR content).
  • Minor color differences due to print and material tolerances, or differences caused by screen display vs printed output.
  • Damage caused after delivery, improper storage, moisture exposure, or misuse.
  • Carrier damage not reported promptly with supporting evidence.

Claim timeframe

To request a reprint review, notify us within [3] Working Days of delivery. Replace the bracketed timeframe with your business rule before publishing.

How to submit a claim

  2. Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue and the outer shipping cartons (if relevant).
  3. Describe the issue and confirm whether it affects the full order or specific cartons/units.
  4. Retain the packaging and goods for inspection until the claim is resolved.

Verification and resolution

We may request additional evidence, samples, or a return of affected items for review. If a claim is approved, remedies may include reprinting the affected quantity, replacement, or credit—based on feasibility and the nature of the issue.

Reprint timing

Reprint timelines depend on the product complexity and production schedule. We will confirm an estimated timeline after claim approval.

Fraud and abuse

If fraudulent activity or misuse of the policy is suspected, we may deny the claim and suspend service as permitted by law.
